• the special trekking last, the double EVA midsole with graduated stiffness and softer heel cushioning for optimized stepping, as well as the recycled, adjustable CFF footbed with volume reducer, provide more comfort and a customised fit
• the Puez Knit Mid Powertex is equipped with a Pomoca™ Alpine Trekker outsole that offers grip and traction in technically demanding terrain
• the centerpiece of the construction is the new Salewa Edging Plate II integrated into the insole, a special thermoplastic frame that extends the entire length of the shoe
• it offers a combination of improved bending and rebound performance for long-lasting wearing comfort and a graduated stiffness and flexibility at the forefoot and heel for targeted rigidity and more stability
• additionally, the proven Salewa 3F system with Kevlar® laces provides supportive ankle hold and maximum stability in the midfoot area

• the Alpine Hemp midsole in the forefoot area has been developed according to a circular-oriented manufacturing concept, using recycled hemp waste and new hemp while reducing the use of new EVA
• this manufacturing method saves resources and offers a sustainable perspective without compromising on performance and functionality
• we apply the same concept to the sustainable laces, combining alpine hemp with recycled polyester
