We grant our customers an extended right of withdrawal during the Advent and Christmas season. For an order placed from 5th December 2025, you can exercise your right of withdrawal uniformly until 5th January 2026, allowing you to plan the holidays and gifts for the festive season without the stress of returns.
For goods received from 22nd December, the normal 14-day period from receipt applies again. The other provisions regarding the right of withdrawal and returns remain unaffected.
