adidas Powerlift 5 2025 Fitness Shoes (Weightlifting Shoes) black/carbon Men's Markus W. wrote on 07.10.2025 Ich habe viele Jahre keinen großen Wert auf die Schuhe gelegt. Auf Empfehlung meines Trainers dann nach ein paar stabilen Schuhen umgesehen. Bei meiner Recherche bin ich dann auf die Addidas Powerlift gestoßen. Das Training speziell beim Kreuzheben und bei Kniebeugen ist seither deutlich besser. Eine Absolute Empfehlung. Conclusion:
Sehr guter Trainingsschuh insbesondere für Kreuzheben und Kniebeugen
