- Stream is a new generation mid-cut hiking shoe for fast walks.
- It uses solutions that are part of La Sportiva's DNA and combines them with concepts and technologies from the Mountain Running world, for a versatile and waterproof product thanks to the new GORE-TEX SURROUND® technology: an exclusive solution that allows total breathability, as the ventilation surface of the upper, insole, and midsole in EVA has been increased with perforated TPU on the sides.
- The ventilation channels, which are visible on the longitudinal side of the midsole, are protected by a small, highly resistant mono-bava nylon mesh to prevent the ingress of small stones and impurities.
- The mid-cut upper has been realised with Nano-Cells 2.0™ structure, which consists of super breathable small cells.
- These work together with the GORE-TEX SURROUND® system for increased breathability.
- The lower part of the shoe has been integrated with the Stability Control System™, which provides anti-torsion stabilization and integrates the ventilation channels of the GORE-TEX SURROUND® technology.
- The shoe profile with Vibram XS Trek compound offers optimal grip on hard, soft, and muddy surfaces.
