ACTIVE FLEXION
A unique sole technology, developed and patented by Babolat. Through new materials, shapes and sole structures at the 9 critical points of a tennis shoe, Jet with Active Flexion comes closer to meeting the desired requirements of every tennis player than any other shoe before.
Active Flexion was developed to improve the agility of the Jet and thus enable the player to perform equally precise and faster footwork.
COMPRESSOR SYSTEM
High-performance heel cushioning system with silicone tubes made of TPR (Thermo Plastic Rubber).
MATRYX
This exclusive, patented fabric was developed by Babolat in close collaboration with Chamatex, a specialist manufacturer of technical high-performance fabrics. The fabric woven from Kevlar® and highly robust polyamide fibers, manufactured in France, meets the requirements of tennis players by reinforcing the shoe at crucial points, so that it envelops the foot like a second skin. Result: an incredibly lightweight shoe with perfect lateral support for even faster and more precise footwork!
MICHELIN PERFORMANCE
The soles of the Babolat shoes were developed and tested in collaboration with the rally-experienced researchers from Michelin, offering the tennis player outstanding performance values with even higher abrasion resistance. Shape and profile of the sole as well as the positive profile and the rubber compound are the variables that define the performance of the Babolat shoe soles.
