Auf Empfehlung meines Trainers dann nach ein paar stabilen Schuhen umgesehen. Bei meiner Recherche bin ich dann auf die Addidas Powerlift gestoßen. Das Training speziell beim Kreuzheben und bei Kniebeugen ist seither deutlich besser. Eine Absolute Empfehlung. Conclusion:
Sehr guter Trainingsschuh insbesondere für Kreuzheben und Kniebeugen
