INJECTION LASTING
Aku used also with injection-molded shoes in all processing phases, including lacing, mounting, cooling, and finishing, a special removable form. However, these are the two most critical phases, because especially after injection and cooling, the sole polyurethane takes its shape, which would be lost due to the natural shrink tendency of the polyurethane if the removable form were not inside the shoe.
VIBRAM
Soles Vibram® are developed with regard to sole profile and composition of the rubber compound according to the requirements for the special field of application of the shoes.
ELICA
Elica is an integrated system that includes insole, midsole, and outsole, which replicates the shape of the foot sole, supports the normal inclination of the heel and forefoot, and thus reduces impact and stress.
