Erima Tshirt Premium One 2.0 white/black/red/yellow Boys Dinh D. wrote on 11.07.2023 sehr schlechter Kundenservice. Ware wurde lückenhaft geliefert und ohne Informationen beizulegen. Es wurden 3 Shirts bestellt und nur 2 kamen an. Auf Rückfrage kam eine standardisierte Email ohne weitere Informationen. Erst eine erneute Rückfrage führte (auch wieder) zur standardisierten Antwort mit einer kurzen (fast schon schnippischen) Rückmeldung. Eine Entschuldigung für die fehlerhafte Lieferung gab es keine. Zahlungsmethode war nur via Rechnung, nicht aber per Paypal möglich. Qualität des shirts war gut und hochwertig, wie von Erima gewohnt. Conclusion:
grauenhafter, umkommunikativer Kundenservice
