extended right of withdrawal
During the Advent and Christmas season, we offer our customers an extended right of withdrawal. For orders placed from December 2, 2024, you can exercise your right of withdrawal uniformly until January 3, 2025, allowing you to plan the holidays and gifts without return stress. For goods received from December 20 onward, the standard 14-day withdrawal period applies. All other provisions regarding the right of withdrawal and returns remain unchanged.
